Republicans are screwing millions of Americans out of healthcare, but we will not be silenced. Providers, hospitals, teachers, consumer and patient groups, and faith leaders are all standing up with Minnesotans and ensuring our voices are heard. The responses to Senate Republican’s healthcare bill have been swift and harsh, just as the bill itself is.

Not only does the bill “fail to meet children’s needs” but it also will ‘take away health insurance from the elderly, the disabled, and children.”

Republicans may have met in secret, but it’s no secret that their Senate bill will take healthcare away from millions of Americans and hundreds of thousands of Minnesotans.

Across the board, reactions are that this bill will “cause harm to millions of patients” and put “meaningful coverage out of reach for many Americans, especially those with chronic and pre existing conditions.”
