A Rasmussen Reports poll of Minnesota voters finds that 47% believe that Al Franken will be the next senator from Minnesota.   The Minnesota Indepndent points out that there is a dramatic shift (31% points for Franken!) since the same poll was conducted last December.

Who won the Senate race? [Numbers in parentheses represent change from December poll]

Al Franken – 47 percent (+31)
Norm Coleman – 35 percent (-32)
Not sure – 18 percent (+1)
