In all of Republican Gubernatorial Candidade Tom Emmer’s rhetoric
about not raising taxes, a report released today proves that his
proposed $1.15 billion cut to services provided by cities would result
in an 8.8 percent increase in property taxes statewide, on average.

effect of Tom Emmer’s plan to massively cut Local Government Aid by
