Scholarships to Change Lives: AFSCME Council 5 recently awarded scholarships to 21 students pursuing graduate or undergraduate degrees. Applications are available until May 1st for next year’s scholarships.

Predictions: Wellstone Action, the organization formed and dedicated to the late Senator Paul Wellstone’s progressive ideology, highlights the importance of working hard and working smart as the 2014 elections inch closer. The organization is dedicated to the late Senator Paul Wellstone’s belief in connecting grassroots activism and civic engagement to create legislative success stories.
