ST. PAUL – Yesterday, footage surfaced of Donald Trump describing sexual assault. Today, some Minnesota Republicans, including Kurt Daudt, are withdrawing their support for the presidential nominee.

ABM Executive Director Joe Davis released the following statement:

“While the footage is deeply  inappropriate and disturbing, it is unfortunately just the latest example of why Donald Trump is unfit to be our president.

“Minnesota Republicans have largely stayed silent until this point about Trump’s racist, homophobic, and sexist behavior and they should be held accountable at the voting booth in November for doing so. Speaker Daudt said he’d support Trump after many other examples of Trump’s offensive behavior. Pulling support 30 days from election day is too little, too late. ”
