Former NBA basketball player and extreme conservative Royce White is running against Senator Amy Klobuchar for one of Minnesota’s U.S. Senate seats.
And with him, he’s bringing an agenda that includes banning abortion nationwide and putting corporations ahead of Minnesota’s working families.

Royce White Wants to Ban Abortion
If conservative Royce White gets his way, Minnesotans won’t have access to abortions.
As president, Donald Trump overturned Roe v. Wade, which eliminated Americans’ constitutional right to abortion, established over 50 years ago. He opened the door for conservatives in states across the country to ban and criminalize access to abortion care.
Since then, fourteen states have enacted near-total or total abortion bans, including Minnesota’s neighbors in Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
Royce White celebrated the end of abortion rights and, prior to the SCOTUS decision, said that overturning Roe v. Wade would be the greatest thing the government has done in his lifetime. He even called pro-choice Minnesotans “satanic” and compared abortion to slavery.
Royce White doesn’t believe that Minnesotans deserve the right to choose when and if they have a family and would push for extreme anti-choice policies that strip protections for reproductive rights.
Royce White is Not Looking Out for Minnesota’s Working Families
As a senator for Minnesota, Royce White would push to cut taxes for the ultra-wealthy and large corporations at the expense of working families.
White supports extreme policies that would give tax breaks to America’s largest corporations and cut taxes for those who already aren’t paying their fair share.
He even supports Trump-era policies that would slash corporate tax rates, resulting in huge executive bonuses and stagnant worker wages.
Royce White is Extreme and Out-of-Touch
We didn’t know it was possible, but Royce White describes himself as even more conservative than Donald Trump. In a recent interview, he even bragged about his extreme priorities:
I’m…a little further to the right than Donald Trump, a little bit further right than the whole bunch of them…
To make matters worse, Royce White promotes hateful rhetoric that attacks women, Trans people, and LGBTQ+ Minnesotans. He even said that women have become “too mouthy.”
In Minnesota, we celebrate our Trans and LGBTQ+ community and believe that women and everyone have a right to sit at the table. Royce White’s divisive and out-of-touch agenda is much too extreme for Minnesota.
