Kendall Qualls is Still Wrong for Minnesota.

Conservative Kendall Qualls is running for Governor of Minnesota. And that’s bad news for Minnesotans.

Kendall Qualls ran for Congress in 2020 and lost. In 2022, Qualls ran for Governor, and guess what? He lost. Instead of taking the hint from the Minnesotans who rejected him, he’s back and bringing the same extreme, anti-choice, conservative rhetoric.

Kendall Qualls Wants to Ban Abortion

Kendall Qualls describes himself as “100 percent pro-life,” was endorsed by a known anti-choice organization, Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life, and supports extreme anti-abortion fake clinics that spread misinformation, encouraging pregnant people not to obtain abortion care.

Kendall Qualls Would Bring Trump’s Agenda to Minnesota

Kendall Qualls would support Trump and conservatives’ plan to gut the programs that Minnesotans rely on, like the Affordable Care Act and Medicaid, so that they can line the pockets of billionaires like Elon Musk and give massive tax breaks to big corporations.

Quall’s ties to Trump aren’t anything new– in a Pioneer Press interview in 2019, Kendall Qualls admitted to voting for Donald Trump and said he agreed with Trump’s policies. Kendall Qualls even hired former Trump campaign manager Bill Stepien as an advisor for his current campaign. Stepien is under subpoena for interference in the 2020 election.

Kendall Qualls will underfund our public schools

Kendall Qualls wants to take funding away from Minnesota’s public schools and send it to unaccountable private schools.

Kendall Qualls’s plan to underfund Minnesota’s public schools means schools might have to cut classroom programs, lay off teachers, and increase class sizes. And that’s the last thing that students and teachers need right now.

Minnesotans deserve better than Kendall Qualls

Kendall Qualls is not the leader that Minnesotans need. Minnesotans have already rejected Kendall Qualls twice because they know his extreme policies will only hurt our schools, families, and communities.
