Chris Madel Would Bring Trump’s Agenda to Minnesota.

On Monday, December 1, conservative Chris Madel announced that he is running for governor of Minnesota.

Madel is the latest in a string of conservative gubernatorial candidates, including Kristin Robbins, Lisa Demuth, Scott Jensen, and Kendall Qualls, who would all be another rubber stamp on Trump’s harmful agenda in Minnesota.

He might try to say otherwise, but Chris Madel is no different than every other conservative running for governor in Minnesota. They all want to underfund our public schools and give tax breaks to billionaires and big corporations at the expense of Minnesota families.

Chris Madel was actually once a supporter of Tim Walz and donated several times to Walz’s campaigns over the years. But Madel recently admitted that he’s adopted a position aligned with far-right publication Alpha News and its lead reporter, Liz Collin, who are being sued for defamation by a Minneapolis police officer over claims they made in the film “The Fall of Minneapolis.” Madel is representing Alpha News and Liz Collin in the lawsuit.

Madel also admitted that he’s a donor to Donald Trump.
