Happy new year! Through the ups and downs, we showed up in 2022 by fighting for our communities and standing up for what we believe in. We can’t wait to see what progressives in office will accomplish this year and are hopeful that, slowly but surely, we can continue to fight for a better Minnesota.

Once again, Minnesota progressives are victorious! The election results are in, and Minnesota’s progressive champions swept the ballot securing historic control of all three branches of government. 

Now that the Supreme Court has overturned Roe v. Wade, abortion rights in Minnesota are on the line, and the difference between Peggy Flanagan and Matt Birk’s plans for Minnesota couldn’t be more different. While Peggy has promised to protect abortion rights in Minnesota, Matt Birk wants to turn back the clock on women’s rights.

Anti-choice conservative Jim Schultz is running for attorney general of Minnesota and threatening to bring an extreme anti-choice agenda to Minnesota that’s dangerous for working families and wildly out of touch with Minnesotans’ needs.

Conservative candidate for governor Scott Jensen has released a disastrous tax plan that will cut taxes for big corporations and eliminate the state income tax on the wealthy, forcing schools to cut their funding and working families to pay more than their fair share.
